Eating something really nice is part of a good holiday! Delicacies from the depth of the ocean, herring with different flavours, that special bread, the Bohuslän speciality, äggost, the well-known potato. All these flavours that you carry with you long after the holiday is over.

Early this morning the fishing boats came into the pier. It was a good catch and even the seagulls had their fill. The sea was still and the morning sun warm. Tonight I want to treat you to the best the ocean has to offer. Enjoy the taste, the smell and saviour the moment.
